Do you offer an interpreter service?  

  • Yes, we do offer complimentary interpreter services for non-English speaking patients. If you require this service, please advise our reception or booking teams. 

​How do I make an appointment?

  • Answer: To make an initial appointment,  you will need to book on the main page online.

Is there a cancellation fee charged for a missed appointment?

  • You may be charged a cancellation of $25 if you are unable to make your appointment without giving at least 24 hours prior notice. 

How do I cancel and is there a charge? 

  • Yes, 24 hours advance notice is required for cancellation. You will be charged. 

 

What are your office hours?

  • Our normal business hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Some nursing appointments and procedures may occur outside of business hours, but your Nurse Navigator will advise you if this applies.
